Error FYI-2121: This user is currently marked as Inactive. Contact your FYI Administrator to activate the account.

Issue

When logging in to FYI, the following error is displayed:

• This user is currently marked as Inactive. Contact your FYI Administrator to activate the account.

Cause

The user has been added to FYI but has been marked as "Inactive". Inactive users will not be able to log into FYI until the account has been reactivated.

Solution

Contact your FYI Administrator to request they re-activate the account. Refer to Restoring Inactive Users.
