Why hasn't my new Job State synchronised from Xero Practice Manager?

If a new Job State created in Xero Practice Manager (XPM) has not synchronised to FYI, this is usually because the Job State has not yet been allocated to a job in Xero Practice Manager.

Job States will only synchronise to FYI after they have been allocated to at least one job in Xero Practice Manager (XPM).

If the Job State has not been used on a job, it will not display in FYI, even after performing a manual synchronisation.

To synchronise the Job State:

  1. Allocate the Job State to at least one job in Xero Practice Manager (XPM).
  2. Either wait for the overnight synchronisation, or perform a manual sync.
