A client name synchronised from Xero Practice Manager is displayed as "Undefined Undefined" in FYI

Issue

A client has been created in Xero Practice Manager and displays the name correctly e.g. Luke Skywalker. However, when the client is synchronised to FYI the name displays as "Undefined Undefined".

Solution

The client will need to be edited in Xero Practice Manager to flag the client record as updated, and then prompt a manual synchronisation with FYI. This will update the Client Name in FYI to match Xero Practice Manager.

For example, I could change the client name to "Luke Skywalker-Vader", and prompt a manual sync. Then afterwards, change it back to "Luke Skywalker", and prompt another synchronisation. The client name will then be displayed in FYI correctly.
