We're excited to introduce the latest edition to our FYI plans, "Elite". This new tier has been designed to offer an integrated solution for document and practice management, driven by FYI's process automation and workflow capabilities.
Elite includes Time and Billing features, Customisable Reporting, and Client, Employee Management and more.
What does this mean for FYI users?
Practices that choose to upgrade to Elite will experience new and enhanced functionality, including:

Time & Billing: Simplify chargeable hours, enhance billing accuracy, and efficiently manage finances. Use the power of FYI's automation to automatically create draft time entries for staff as they complete activities, or create invoices ready for approval. Elite offers multi-entity billing, advanced WIP management, and customisable approvals for precise invoicing control.

Customisable Reports: Gain insights with tailored reports that empower informed decision-making. Elite offers bespoke reports, live reporting, and sophisticated insights.

Client Maintenance: Efficiently manage clients from onboarding to data maintenance, all within a single platform. Elite ensures a single source of truth for your client information.

Employee Management: Seamlessly handle HR processes, including onboarding new staff. Elite provides enhanced employee insights, secure employee documentation, and employee workflows, including real-time performance tracking.
- Capacity Planning: Reduce risk and gain visibility by identifying any potential bottlenecks early by comparing the available team resources with the time required to complete tasks. Tasks can be created with time allocated using either a fixed value or calculated relative to the total time estimated for the job.
More features are also on the horizon, such as Forms, Universal Merge Fields, and AutoTime. More information on these features will become available as they're developed.
Pricing
Elite is available at a monthly cost of $70 AUD per user (excluding GST) and includes all features from the lower plans, for example, all Pro features.
Note: Features of Elite cannot be purchased as a standalone product.

Please note that initially the upgrade to Elite is restricted to practices matching the following requirements:
- Existing FYI & Xero Practice Manager Practices.
- Approximately 10-25 users.
