Filing Emails

Filing your emails efficiently ensures all client communications are captured, allowing the wider team to be across important client information.

These short videos demonstrate how you can get #lightspeed with email autofile and how to file and refile emails from within FYI and Outlook.

Note for In Tray users: You only need to file an email from one location. Therefore, if an email is filed from within Outlook, it will be filed in FYI and removed from your In Tray.
