Support has now ended for Legacy Collaborate.

To upgrade to New Collaborate, refer to Upgrading to New Collaborate.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) can be configured on the OneDrive Admin account, in the same way it would be for other users.

These changes are made to Microsoft 365 directly, and not controlled by FYI.

Once the settings have been applied, you will need to log into FYI using the account to refresh the access tokens, and ensure the account functions as per usual. No further action is required.

Important Notes:

  • Multi-Factor Authentication is a configuration within Microsoft 365. You will need to contact your IT admin to set this up for you.
  • We recommend your IT consultant performs general testing on your network after applying Multi-Factor Authentication as the changes are in Microsoft 365.
