"Could not find document" or "Invalid PDF structure" when previewing a document filed using the FYI Browser Extension

Issue

I am trying to preview a document that was filed using the FYI Browser Extension and one of the following messages is displayed:

• "Could not find document"
• "Invalid PDF structure"
  

Cause

These errors may occur by closing or clicking off the Browser Extension too quickly while the document is still being filed to FYI.

Solution

Ensure that the filing process has been completed prior to clicking off the Browser Extension or closing the tab by waiting for the "Uploaded Successfully" banner to appear.
