Issue
I am trying to open the FYI Desktop App. It does not start and gives the following error:
"SQLite Error 11: 'database disk image is malformed'".
Cause
A file required to run the application is corrupt and this is preventing the FYI Desktop App from opening.
Solution
- In Windows Explorer navigate to the folder AppData\Roaming. This is usually under the folder Users\yourname.
Note: The AppData folder is a system file so may be hidden. If you do not see it, in the Windows Explore View menu, select Options and in the Folder Options - View tab, select "Show hidden files, folders and drives".
- Within the folder AppData\Roaming, delete the folder FYIDesktop.
- Reinstall the FYI Desktop App. Refer to FYI Desktop App, or Installing the FYI Desktop App for MSI installation for terminal servers.
