"Could not get TEMP directory" error displays when installing the FYI browser extension

Issue
The error 'Could not get TEMP Directory' is displayed when attempting to install the FYI browser extension.

Cause
This issue could be caused by the User Profile Disk not containing a drive letter causing an issue for the Chrome extension installation.

Solution
This is beyond the expertise of FYI Support and should be directed to your IT team. They will be able to research the best practice approach to resolve the issue.
