"This email could not be sent immediately as the sender was denied permission to create the email in Outlook Online" when sending an email from an Automation Process
An FYI notification with the following message about an email that was created from an Automation has been received:
"This email count not be sent immediately as the sender set by the automation step was denied permission to create the email in Outlook Online. Sometimes this happens because they have set an email alias for their user that does not correspond to our Outlook account. As an alternative the appropriate user can send it manually."
This has been caused as the Sender has an email alias attached to their FYI profile.
An FYI Admin can remove the email alias from the User's profile to prevent the issue from happening in the future. Refer to Managing Users.
Manually send the emails from FYI that have already executed from the Automation Process.
