Copying a Link to a View

From the View selector in a list or from the Quick Access drop-down, you can use the Copy View Link tool to create a hyperlink to the View within FYI. The link is copied to your clipboard and can be pasted inside or outside of FYI.

1. From the View selector in the relevant list, hover the mouse next to the View name to display the Copy View Link icon.
2. Click the Copy View Link icon.
   
   
3. A message displays that the View Link has been copied to your clipboard.
4. You can then paste the View Link where required.
   This is used in the same way from the Quick Access drop-down for the relevant menu option.

When a user is directed to a View via a View Link, this opens the list with the relevant View selected.
