An FYI Admin, or a user in a User Groups with Permissions enabled for Automations, has access to the Automation menu option.
Clicking the down arrow next to the Automation menu option from any list or workspace gives you quick access to the Automation Processes List Views, quick access to Apps and History and also gives you quick access to the last 5 Processes you have used.
The Quick Access to Automation displays as follows. Where there are more than 10 Views for the Automation Processes, the View selector displays with a scroll bar.
From the Quick Access:
Click the down arrow next to the Automation menu option from any list or workspace for quick access to a standard or saved Automation Processes List view, or to one of the last 5 Processes you have opened.
- Click an Automation Processes View to display the Processes with that List View selected.
- Click one of the last 5 Process for which you have displayed the Job drawer opens the workspace for that Job.
- Select Apps to display the Automation - Apps tab
- Select Process History to display the Automation - History Tab.
In the Quick Access drop-down, you can use the Search in the list of Views to find a Processes View. Enter one or more characters to find the View(s) that contain what you have entered anywhere in the View name. Click the X in the Search to clear the search text.
