Support has now ended for Legacy Collaborate.

To upgrade to New Collaborate, refer to Upgrading to New Collaborate.

Co-Edit with Client allows more than one person to work on a document at the same time so both your client and your team members can work together on the same document, such as an annual checklist.

Note: In FYI, the OneDrive option in the video below has been re-labelled as Collaborate when sharing documents with your client. The update is visual only and there has been no change to the functionality of sharing the documents.

Watch this tutorial to learn how to:

  • Share a document as Co-Edit with Client
  • Identify a document in Co-Edit with Client
  • Display all documents shared with your client
  • Access the shared document from your client's perspective
  • Edit a document together with your client
  • Finish Co-Editing with Client.

For more information, refer to the section Co-editing an External Document (Co-edit with Client).
