Why does the Client Email not match the email address of the primary contact for that client?
Issue In the Clients list and in the Client Summary tab, the Email address that displays is not the email address that is held for Contact who is set as the Primary Contact for that Client. In the Client Summary, Contact displays the name of the contact who is set as the Primary Contact name but the Email for this Contact is not displayed.
Cause The Client has an email address assigned as part of the Client Contact Details in Xero Practice Manager. This is displayed in FYI as the Client Email.
If there is no email address assigned to the Client, the email address of the Contact who is set as the Primary Contact is displayed as the Email for the Client.
Solution If you require the email of the Primary Contact to show as the Client's email, in Xero Practice Manager remove the email address that is assigned to the Client.
