FYI is excited to announce the release of a new integration with Seamlss.
Using the integration, documents generated through client interactions, such as onboarding forms or re-engagement forms, are synchronised and filed in FYI. Each document is automatically assigned to the default cabinet and selected categories, maintaining consistency and removing the need for manual document handling.
What does this mean for FYI users?
Using the integration, practices will be able to synchronise documents one-way from Seamlss into FYI, saving time and streamlining operations.
- Automatic Document Filing: Client-generated documents (e.g. onboarding and re-engagement forms) are instantly synchronised one-way into FYI and automatically filed.
- Default Cabinet and Category Assignment: Documents are saved directly into the default Cabinet and Categories selected in Seamlss, for consistency and structure.
- Client Matching by Email: Documents are automatically linked to the correct client in FYI by matching the email address in both platforms.
- Real-time Syncing: Documents are filed in FYI as soon as they are generated in Seamlss, minimising delays.
- Supports Compliance and Record-Keeping: Ensures that all client documents are centrally stored in FYI.
Who is this available for?
The Seamlss integration is available for all FYI practices based in Australia and New Zealand subscribed to the FYI Pro or Elite plans.
