- When creating an email in FYI as "Draft in Outlook", the pop-up no longer includes the link Preview in browser as this was causing a Microsoft error when the email was edited via the browser. When creating an email as "Draft in Outlook", open and the edit the email from your FYI - Drafts folder in Outlook and send it from there.
- Making changes to the Client AutoFile settings are now correctly reflected when creating an email or document.
- In the Migration, unmatched archived clients are no longer being synced to Xero Practice Manager in the overnight sync.

- Addition of the following in the Create Email step in Automation Processes:
- Partner Email and Manager Email can be selected as a Recipient when creating an email from a Process. Refer to Create Email - Recipients in Process Step Details - Creating Documents and Tasks.
- A Custom User Role can be selected as the Sender when creating an email from a Process. Refer to Custom User Roles and Create Email - Sender in Process Step Details - Creating Documents and Tasks.
- Partner Email and Manager Email can be selected as a Recipient when creating an email from a Process. Refer to Create Email - Recipients in Process Step Details - Creating Documents and Tasks.
For a Process that uses a Client View in the Filter, the relative Partner, Manager or Custom User Role is taken from Client.
For a Process that uses a Job View in the Filter, the relative Partner, Manager or Custom User Role is taken from Job and if this does not exist for the Job it is taken from the Client.
For a Process that uses a Document View in the Filter, when Inherit Job is checkmarked to enable this, the relative Partner, Manager or Custom User Role is taken from the Job selected for the Document. If there is no Partner/Manager/Custom User Role held for the Job, the relative Partner, Manager or Custom User Role is taken from the Client selected for the Document. When Inherit Job is disabled, this picks up the value from the selected Client.
If the value for the Sender is missing, the Process creates the email as Draft, a warning message is shown in the Process Activity and a Comment is added to the email in FYI.

- This now has two separate sections - Learn for New Users and Learn for FYI Admins. Refer to FYI Learn.
- An additional course is now available for FYI Admins - Managing Templates and Stationery.

- Right-click to display the menu on the Jobs, Tasks and Documents workspaces now correctly positions the pop-up menu next to the mouse pointer.
- The Home and Knowledge workspaces now have titles, the background is now grey in the heading of the Home, Clients, Documents and Tasks workspaces and the grey line has been removed from under the Job workspaces heading.
- In the Automation Processes - List View, the Description column is now expandable.
- When sending an email with an Automation Process as Send Immediately or Draft in Outlook, and if the value for the Sender or for a Recipient is missing, the Process now creates the email as Draft. A warning message is shown in the Process Activity and a Comment is added to the email in FYI.
- When sending documents for signature to Annature, FuseSign or Adobe Sign, the values for Tax Merge Fields are now correctly included.
- When creating an Email and setting Attachments as PDF as "On", this now remains as set if documents as attachments are then added or deleted.
- For practices using Greatsoft, clients who are not in a group are now correctly showing as "Unassigned" not as "None".

- When using the Execute Process step in an Automation Process, this now includes an option Apply New Process Filter. This can be used as a way to split a Process. Refer to Execute Process in Process Step Details - Other Functions. This is set by default as "No" so all existing Processes that have an Execute Process step will run as before.
When Apply New Process Filter is set to "No", the filter from the initiating Process is used as the filter for the Execute Process.
When Apply New Process Filter is set to "Yes", the filter from the Execute Process itself is used (not that from the initiating Process).
For example, a Process can be set up with two Execute Process steps. After running any steps for Clients, Documents, Tasks or Jobs that meet the criteria using the filter from the initiating Process, additional Processes that use different filters can be executed with the Execute Process step. One Execute Process could have a filter for Clients in one location (such country or state) that will only run the steps for the Clients in the location set in that filter. Then another Execute Process can have different steps as relevant for the clients in the different location as defined in the filter in the second Execute Process.

- Emails with attachments that are .msg files now correctly show with the Delivery Status of "Received" the contents of the email correctly show in the Preview pane.
- Job Categories are now correctly synced from Xero Practice Manager to FYI.
- When an Automation Process is run with an Update Job step, if the underlying object is not a job, the step is skipped and the Process continues to run.
- When updating Manager or Partner using the Clients Bulk Update, this now correctly updates the client in Xero Practice Manager.
- When sending a document for signing via Annature, if an invalid phone number is held for the client (for example, an invalid character in the phone number or if the number does not match a valid phone number format such as not enough or too many digits) the phone number is ignored and no longer gives an error.

- The Details field in Automation Processes has been renamed as Description. Refer to Setting up Custom Processes.
- A saved view can now be selected in the Home - My Jobs. Refer to Your Home Workspace and Displaying Jobs from Other Lists.
- As part of setting up a Trial, users can now enable Sample Clients to be created from the Welcome Screen. This creates a set of sample clients that can be used when trialing and training users. Refer to FYI Welcome Screen and Managing Sample Content.

- Modifying documents using FYI Desktop App now successfully updates the date user.
- Protection has been added to stop documents being duplicated when onboarding using the FYI Migrate app.
- When the Job Cabinet Security is enabled:
- Cabinet is now included as a selection in the columns that can be selected in views and in the Filter Drawer in Jobs lists.
- Importing a Process with an Update Job step now correctly sets the Cabinet.
- Description added to an Automation Process is now included in the Processes List View.
- Custom Field definitions for Clients and Jobs that are updated in FYI are now synced to Xero Practice Manager without loosing other Custom Field types such as Contact, Job Cost, Job Task, Lead, Supplier, Time Sheets.
