The Activity tab displays a detailed record of changes made to a job, for example, if the Job Category, Budget or Due Date are updated.

The Job Activity is displayed in a column view, displaying a chronological order of events that have occurred for the job.

Job Activity Functions

FunctionDetails
Change madeDisplays the details of the changes made to the job. Depending on the update, this may include what a field was set to previously.
User nameThe name of the user that made the change.
Date and TimeThe date and time the change was made.

Xero Practice Manager Changes Not Synchronised

The following changes to Jobs in Xero Practice Manager will not be displayed on the Job Activity tab.

Staff added or removed
Milestone added

Task changes:

  • Estimated hours
  • Added description
  • Unticked Billable
  • Added allocated staff
  • Updated Allocated Staff with time
  • Start Date and Due Date
  • Removed or completed to-do's
