The Activity tab displays a detailed record of changes made to a job, for example, if the Job Category, Budget or Due Date are updated.
Job Activity Layout
The Job Activity is displayed in a column view, displaying a chronological order of events that have occurred for the job.
Job Activity Functions
| Function | Details |
| Change made | Displays the details of the changes made to the job. Depending on the update, this may include what a field was set to previously. |
| User name | The name of the user that made the change. |
| Date and Time | The date and time the change was made. |
Xero Practice Manager Changes Not Synchronised
The following changes to Jobs in Xero Practice Manager will not be displayed on the Job Activity tab.
