If I use Upload or Drag and Drop to manually upload an email with attachments, why does it appear in FYI with no attachments?
If I use Upload or Drag and Drop to upload an email with attachments to FYI, the attachments are not available for filing.
The email in FYI does not show the paperclip icon and the Attachments drawer shows "No available attachments", but when the email is previewed it shows that is has an attachment.
The email and its attachments should have been filed from Outlook and the attachments filed using the email attachments drawer in Outlook or FYI.
We recommend that all emails are filed to FYI from Outlook using the FYI Add-in to ensure that the emails and any attachments are filed correctly in FYI.
