Why has an Automation Process stopped working?

An Automation Process that was previously working without any issue, has stopped working. The Process uses a view as the Filter to trigger the Process.

The view that the process uses may have been corrupted.


Please also contact the FYI Support Team to inform them.

  1. Create a new view that filters the same documents as the one used in the Process.
  2. Edit the Process and add the new view to it.
  3. Test the Process and check, if it is a Scheduled Process, check it is running as expected.
  4. Delete the corrupted view.
