The Client - Activity tab displays changes that have been made to the client.

This includes:

  • When the client was created.
  • The initial values entered for each field when the client was created.
  • Name added to the Other field.
  • Changes to the phone number, or postal address details.
  • Changes to Client Custom Fields or the options selected on the Settings tab.
  • If the client is added to or removed from a Client Group.
  • If relevant, changes made to the Client Custom Fields in FYI.
  • Changes to the New Collaborate Sharing Settings, or if the Collaborate Site is changed.
  • If a Client Contact is added or deleted.
  • For practices on the Elite plan and where FYI is enabled as the Primary Source for Client Data:
    • Changes made to Relationships, including adding and removing a Relationship.
    • Updates made to the Addressee field from Client Summary.

Updates not displayed

Changes to the following fields will not be displayed in the FYI Client Activity tab for Xero Practice Manager or MYOB Practice Management (formerly GreatSoft).

  • Changed Physical Address
  • Changed Structure
  • Added Relationship
  • Added Contact
  • Added BSB
  • Added Account Number
  • Added Account Name
  • Added Financial Institution Name
  • ACN
  • ABN
