"There was potentially an error uploading this document" when creating a document from an Automation Process

Issue
I received an FYI notification with the following message about a document that was created from an Automation:

"There was potentially an error uploading this document"

Cause
This could have been caused because the Automation did not have a Template selected in the step that creates the document.

Solution
Check the step(s) in the Automation and ensure they have a valid Template selected to create the document. Then test that the Automation is running correctly.
