Why am I not seeing signed documents that were manually uploaded to NowInfinity in FYI?

Issue

We have a signed document that was uploaded manually to NowInfinity, but this has not synchronised into FYI.

Cause

FYI does not synchronise documents that have been signed and manually uploaded to NowInfinity.

You will therefore not see the manually uploaded signed documents flowing through from the NowInfinity process.

Workaround

You can upload the signed document into FYI using the upload function from the FYI drawer, replacing the original document. Refer to Uploading a New Version of a Document.
