Why are my Calendar Entries not appearing in FYI?

If Calendar Entries from your Outlook calendar are not appearing in FYI, try the following to troubleshoot the issue:

  • Check the date of the Calendar entry. The Calendar Entry AutoFile runs retrospectively, only for calendar entries in the past.
     
  • The import is processed twice a day, every 12 hours. The Calendar Entry may be recent, and the import process has not yet run.
     
  • Review the email address. Calendar entries will only be imported and filed where the email address of an attendee in the calendar entry matches a client email address.
     
  • Email AutoFile must be enabled. Refer to Managing Email AutoFile Settings and Practice Defaults.
     
  • The filing rules follow the same as Email AutoFile regarding In Tray Review. If enabled, the Calendar Entries will be added as Meetings to the user's In Tray. If the user is an FYI Admin, use the Draft Filed view to confirm if the meetings are listed in the affected user's In Tray. Refer to Viewing All Users' In Trays
