"We encountered an error calling Foundry" when filing email attachments

Issue

When I try to save an attachment from an email, I get an error message

"Error "We encountered an error calling Foundry".

Solution

Follow these steps:

Log out of the FYI web app by clicking Settings in the top right-hand corner of FYI and selecting Logout.
Log back in again to the FYI web app from https://go.fyi.app/
Retry to save the attachments from the email
