Are unfiled emails that I delete from my In Tray shown in the Deleted Documents view?

Items in the In Tray have been imported into FYI, but have not yet been filed. As these emails are still a draft from a filing perspective, they cannot be viewed by anyone apart from the original recipient of the email and by FYI Admins.

If these documents are deleted, they will be removed not only from the user's In Tray, but it means these documents will not be available anywhere else in FYI.

To re-add the email to FYI you will need to file it from Outlook. Refer to Filing Emails.
