How fast is the search, is there a time out, is there a cancel option when searching?

We aim for search results to be returned in 3 seconds or less but this will depend on the complexity or the search criteria and the number of records that are being searched through.

We have not had clients experience a time out during searches.

There is currently no cancel option for search as it is rarely necessary due to the speed of the search. If needed, the X icon inside the search document field can be clicked to stop the search.
