Do the Client workspace and the filing details show all Jobs across the Client group?
In the Client Workspace If you select a Client Group at the top of the Client workspace, the Jobs list shows the jobs for all clients in that Client group. Refer to Displaying Jobs from Other Lists.
In Filing Details When filing emails and documents, and when creating a Time entry, the Jobs that display depend on how the option Show Jobs by Client is set in your Practice Settings. Refer to Managing Practice Settings for Jobs.
When Show Jobs by Client is ticked in the Practice Settings, only the jobs for the specific client are included for selection when filing a document and when creating a Time entry.
When Show Jobs by Client is not ticked in the Practice Settings, when filing a document and when creating a Time entry, the list of jobs includes all jobs for all of the clients in the Client Group.
