The Jobs List "Template" column remains blank after using Bulk Update to select Job Templates


I have used the Bulk Update to apply a Job Template to active Jobs.

The Bulk Update was successful as when I open the Job Drawer I can see a template has been selected, but the "Template" column on the Jobs List remains blank even after logging out and back into FYI.


Our engineering team are working on a solution, however in the meantime to confirm a Job Template has been selected you will need to open the Job Drawer. Refer to Using the Job Drawer.
