Why aren't signed documents from DocuSign importing into FYI?


A client has signed all the required documents in DocuSign, but the documents have not been imported to FYI.


The documents have not yet been imported from DocuSign to the OneDrive account of the user who connected DocuSign to FYI. 

Without the files from DocuSign being in the FYI - My Imports folder, documents will not be added to FYI (an API is not used to import signed documents).


Please contact DocuSign support to determine why the documents have not been imported.
