"Error submitting time entry - The current state of job... does not allow Time Sheets to be entered" shown in Practice Activity when submitting Time entries

Issue
For practices integrated with Xero Practice Manager, when submitting a Time entry in FYI, this is giving an error that shows in the Practice Activity as:

"Error submitting time entry - The current state of [Job Name] does not allow Time Sheets to be entered"

Cause
The user has attempted to submit a Time entry to a XPM Job whose job state does not allow for time sheets to be entered. For example, this would be when the user submits the Time entry from FYI after setting the XPM Job as completed.

This time entry will not sync to XPM. 

Best Practice
As best practice, we recommend that users post all Time entries from FYI before the XPM Job is completed to ensure all Time entries are synced to Xero Practice Manager.

Solution
Unsuccessful Time entries from FYI will be sent back to the user's My Time tab in Home as a draft Time entry. From there, users can re-submit the entry once the job state of the affected Job has been updated to a state that allows time entries to be entered.
