How can I create a Contact in Xero Practice Manager?

Client Contacts are synchronised between FYI and XPM, allowing FYI to automatically file emails from those contacts. Contacts in Xero Practice Manager can be used for multiple clients.

To create a Contact for a client in Xero Practice Manager:

  1. Select Clients in the top menu
  2. Select the Client to create the Contact for.
  3. On the right, next to Contacts, click Add Contact.
  4. Enter the Contact’s details,
  5. Click Save.
